no limit when self-hostedForty mailboxes over a weekend and one report you can put in front of management. Batch mode and a per-user summary.
CSV · summary reportEstimate before you start
Transfer speed is set by the limits of the source provider, not by your connection. Gmail hands over about 2.5 GB a day and no setting changes that — so it is better to know the timeline up front than on day three.
Estimated time
—
An estimate, not a guarantee: real speed depends on message size, how many folders there are and how busy the provider is right now. Small messages move slower than large ones — the per-message overhead is the same either way.
Planned pricing. Sales and online transfer are not open yet; prices may change before launch.
One simple price per full mailbox
One payment per mailbox, not a subscription. The size check runs before the transfer and costs nothing: if the mailbox fits into 5 GB, the whole thing moves for free.
Load mailboxes in bulk from CSV, a status for every user, a summary report and a priority queue. One domain migration — one invoice and one document for management.
Connect two servers, look at the size and decide. Or take the client and keep everything on your side.
